All calls are answered personally. No one wants to go through the labyrinth of touchtone
choices, only to be left on hold, disconnected, or left with an unresolved billing inquiry. We never use electronic voice prompts
during business hours. When a patient calls they will speak directly with an account representative located in
24 Hour Claim Processing
Once a superbill has been received in our office,
it is processed within 24 business hours. Our goal is lightening fast data entry and bill submission.
Electronic Claims Submission
MBSI submits your claims on a daily basis electronically to Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and all commercial
carriers possible. This ensures that you will receive the fastest turn around time possible.
Claims Follow-up
We aggressively
follow-up on all claims to ensure the maximum reimbursement possible. We know that we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
